Return/Exchange Policy

Black Friday week/Cyber Monday sales are FINAL SALE

Final Sale:

"Final Sale" items will not be refundable. We will offer an exchange for the same item in a different size only, if we have stock available. Customers will be responsible to handle any shipping costs. "Final Sale" items are any items designated as such on the product page, or any items purchased during special sales events.

In Store Purchase Policy:

We offer the option to exchange your order, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 day window of purchase. We offer exchanges for merchandise, or store credit in the form of a gift card. Request all exchanges via customerservice@montce.com or call the store from which you purchased. No refunds are allowed for in store purchases. 

Online or Over the Phone Purchase Policy: 

For DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY, we offer the option to exchange your order at no additional cost, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 day window of purchase. Request all exchanges with your order number and name via customerservice@montce.com

When an exchange is requested, we will email a shipping label for the customer to return the product(s). At this point Montce Swim is no longer responsible for providing tracking information or covering any lost or stolen packages; This is now the customers responsibly. Once received we will inspect that the product(s) is not damaged or worn. If unworn and undamaged, we will credit your purchase as soon as possible. If we determine the product(s) is damaged or worn, we will return the original product(s) once the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from Montce Swim in a timely manner.  

If you cannot find a product you are happy with, we do accept returns for online purchases if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 day window of delivery. Customer can request a label for shipping back to Montce 915 NE 20th Ave #U-4, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304. Once inspected, we will refund you the amount less the original shipping cost and $5 restocking fee. 

* We do not offer returns on items made in store, only exchanges.

* Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges/refunds on any custom made bikinis, as they are not in stock and are always made to order.*
