Returns & Exchange Policy

Final Sale Items:

"Final Sale" items are not refundable. If stock allows, we will exchange for another size. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. "Final Sale" items are any items designated as such on the product page, or any items purchased during special sales events.

Final Sale items include:  

  • Items purchased during Black Friday or Cyber Monday
  • Items marked down over 50%
  • All accessories and non-swimwear items  
  • Custom bikinis
  • Sample sale bikinis

 

Domestic Online and Phone Order Returns/Exchange Policy:

 

We accept returns and exchanges for online/phone orders. We offer the option to exchange or return your order, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 day window of purchase. Request all exchanges with your order number and name via customerservice@montce.com

Exchanges:

Montce Swim proudly offers completely free exchanges for online/phone orders within the United States. When an exchange is requested, we will email a shipping label for the customer to return the product(s). At this point Montce Swim is no longer responsible for providing tracking information or covering any lost or stolen packages; This is now the customers responsibly. Once received we will inspect that the product(s) is not damaged or worn. If unworn and undamaged, we will credit your purchase upon inspection. If we determine the product(s) is damaged or worn, we will return the original product(s) once the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from Montce Swim in a timely manner.  

Returns:

If you cannot find a product you are happy with, we do accept returns for online/phone purchases if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 day window of delivery. Customer can ship on their own or request a return label. Once inspected, we will refund the order value less the original shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee.

In-Store Returns/Exchange Policy:

We offer the option to exchange your order, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 day window of purchase. We offer exchanges for merchandise, or store credit in the form of a gift card. Request all exchanges via customerservice@montce.com or call the store from which you purchased. We do not offer refunds for in store purchases.
