What is the Black Friday + Cyber Monday Return/Exchange Policy?
Any products purchased during the Black Friday + Cyber Monday sale discounted 31% off or more are eligible for exchange only. A $14 (domestic) or $30 (international) handling and label fee per exchange will be applied during the exchange process.
Any products purchased during the sale at 30% or less follow our standard free return policy. These products can be returned for a refund within 21 days of delivery or a store credit + exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Which Pieces are exchange only?
Any products that have been discounted 31% off or more their original price will be Instant Exchange only. Exchange only items will be designated by an "EXCHANGE ONLY" tag on the product page and in the shopping cart.
There is a limit of one exchange per Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders to ensure stock availability for all clients. After your first exchange on any BFCM order, that exchange becomes Final Sale. x

What is an Instant Exchange?
Any purchases made during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale that are labeled "EXCHANGE ONLY" will only allow Instant Exchange so that the piece you are wanting to exchange for doesn't sell out. :)
An Instant Exchange is when a new exchange order is placed immediately after processing your exchange on our Returns Portal. This helps the turnaround for you to get your new items faster. If you place an Instant Exchange, you will have an automatic temporary hold on your credit card for the amount of your original order until we receive your returned items back. You’ll only be charged if your returned items aren't in the mail within 14 days of submitting the Instant Exchange (excluding any price differences).
Black Friday + Cyber Monday shipping and processing timelines:
Due to high demand during our Black Friday + Cyber Monday Event, our distribution centers may experience slight delays in processing times. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for order processing during this time. Total time to receive your order will be processing time + the shipping method chosen at checkout. Any orders with Fedex Overnight shipping will not be affected and shipped out same day if placed before 3pm EST. We appreciate your patience.
CAN I USE discount codes ON MY Black friday + Cyber monday PURCHASE?
Any personalized discount codes or email subscription welcome codes cannot be stacked with any BFCM discount codes or discounted products.
If you subscribe to our emails during the BFCM sale you will receive your personalized welcome code after the sale is over.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR Order CHANGES:
Any orders during our Black Friday + Cyber Monday sales event cannot be edited or canceled after the order has been placed due to the high demand. We highly encourage you to review your order before placing it.
Price matching is completely void during our Black Friday + Cyber Monday sale period. Deals and discounts might change throughout the sale.
