Any products purchased during the Black Friday + Cyber Monday Sale at 30% off or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only. A handling and label fee of $10 (domestic) or $30 (international) will be applied during the return process.

Items purchased at 29% off or less follow our standard return policy, linked here. These items may be returned for a refund within 21 days of delivery, or for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Any products discounted 30% off or more from their original price are eligible for exchange or store credit only. These items will be clearly marked with an “EXCHANGE ONLY” tag in your shopping cart.

To ensure availability for all clients, there is a limit of one exchange per Black Friday/Cyber Monday order. After your first exchange on any BFCM order, that exchange becomes Final Sale.

An Instant Exchange is when a new exchange order is placed immediately after processing your exchange on our Returns Portal. This helps the turnaround for you to get your new items faster and helps ensure the piece you are wanting to exchange for doesn't sell out. :) If you place an Instant Exchange, you will have an automatic temporary hold on your credit card for the amount of your original order until we receive your returned items back. You’ll only be charged if your returned items aren't in the mail within 14 days of submitting the Instant Exchange (excluding any price differences).

Any personalized discount codes, email subscription welcome codes and loyalty points cannot be stacked with any BFCM discount codes or discounted products.

Due to high demand during our Black Friday + Cyber Monday Event, please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing during this time. Total time to receive your order will be processing time + the shipping method chosen at checkout. Any orders with Overnight shipping will not be affected and shipped out same business day if placed before 1pm EST. We appreciate your patience.
