Domestic - We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD! For US orders under $100 USD see shipping costs below. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries and regions. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

What is Your Order Processing + Shipping Time?
Orders will be processed within the next 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed. As such, your delivery date will be the processing time + shipping time of the shipping method you select. For orders placed prior to 10am EST, processing time will start the same day. For orders placed after 10am EST, processing time will start the following business day. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may not ship until Monday.
*Fedex Overnight ships same day if the order is placed before 3 pm EST. All orders placed after 3 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
WHAT DO I DO IF I INPUTTED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR NEED IT CHANGED?
Clients typically have 1-2 business days during the order processing time to reach out to our Client Care team for an address change. You can reach our Client Care team via Livechat during business hours or through SMS (786)-590-0216. Overnight Orders cannot be updated if placed before 3pm EST during the same day due to the short processing time. Our Client Care team will do their best to honor any address changes once the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee any changes. Once an order has been updated with a tracking number, our team cannot make any changes on the address. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you charge Taxes + Duties on International orders?
For orders shipping to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom; all taxes and duties are already included in the price of your order.
For all other international orders, the taxes and duties will be calculated and paid at checkout.
If the client refuses to pay the duties/tax and their order is sent back to Montce, the client will be refunded with the return shipping and duties/tax deducted.
How long do I have to return/exchange an item?
You have a 21 day window after delivery to return an item and 30 days to exchange.
What If I Need My Order By A Certain Date?
If you need an order delivered by a certain timeframe, need to change your shipping method, or need to make any adjustments on your shipment please email us at customerservice@montce.com or text us at (786)-590-0216 and we will try our best to accommodate you. If an order has already shipped and is in transit, we cannot make any adjustments.
What is Corso Shipping Protection?
Adding Corso Green Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Corso and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. To file a claim through Corso Package Protection please click here. Once your order has shipped, Corso Shipping Protection is nonrefundable.
My package is lost. What should I do?
If you purchased Corso Shipping Insurance - Please reach out directly to Corso via email at support@corso.com or click here to report a shipping issue and Corso will work to get a resolution and/or order a complimentary replacement on your behalf.
If you did not purchase shipping insurance - Montce Swim is not responsible for lost/stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package or offers a reimbursement check.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes? Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Montce does ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These packages will be sent through USPS regardless of the shipping method chosen.
I am missing something from my order. What should I do?

I forgot to add my discount code, can I add it after I place my order?
If you do not want to reorder, or your order has shipped out already, we can offer a one time exception to retroactively apply the code to your order manually! If you would like to apply a code to your order please contact our Client Care team and we will happily do this for you as long as the code is still valid and applicable to the items in your order!
When will my pre order item ship?
You will see the "PREORDER" in red on the product page along with the estimated ship date. If an order contains a pre-order item, we will hold your entire order. Once we have the pre-order item in stock, we will ship the order out and you will receive a tracking confirmation email.
If you would like us to split ship the in stock items in your order please reach out to our Client Care team at customerservice@montce.com to have your order shipped via USPS ($6) or FedEx 2 Day ($10).
